Wedding Insurance
Due to a range of factors, not least today’s uncertain economic climate, more and more couples are taking out wedding insurance as an essential part of their wedding plans.
Wedding insurance ensures that Brides and Grooms To-Be are not left paying the price for events beyond their control. Should something go wrong on or before the big day, with wedding insurance you could be covered - the money may be reimbursed and even get help with the extra costs of rearranging the special day.

How much does wedding insurance cost?
The price of wedding insurance cover very much depends upon the insurance package or plan taken out. Competitive wedding insurance cover can start from less than £50. For this price you can expect a comprehensive policy that covers the bride's dress, photographs, loss of rings, postponement of wedding due to illness or accident, and cover for loss of the reception venue. If you are hiring a wedding marquee for the main event and/or the reception there is also cover available for that too.
Higher levels of cover are also available, and include comprehensive health and illness cover for the Bride and Groom To Be, as well as extended cover for illness to immediate family and the main wedding party. The highest level of insurance cover generally comes in at approximately £200.
As wedding planners, we strongly advise purchasing wedding cover as it brings peace of mind and allows couples to approach their special day with confidence.
