Drumtochty Castle is a beautiful 19th century castle, tucked away in a wild woodland glen at the village of Auchenblae, near Stonehaven, Aberdeenshire.

The castle can be booked exclusively for the wedding weekend. The castle itself can sleep up to 22 guests in luxurious, individually designed elegant bedrooms and an additional 58 guests can be accommodated in comfort within the estate.

Just a short carriage ride to the castle gates takes you to the fairytale church of St Palladius where your ceremony can be held, or alternatively, if you prefer, the ceremony can be held in one of the castle’s reception rooms or in the grounds by the loch.

Nearby activities include clay pigeon shooting, trout fishing and some of the countries best golf courses (St Andrew’s and Carnoustie) are less than an hour away.

For more relaxing activities, the castle also has a beauty salon and hot tub.
